When you interact with QuantaXs Estimation, we collect information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you. This includes Contact Data (name, email, phone number, company name), Project Data (architectural plans, blueprints, specifications, project scope), and Financial Data (billing details required for processing payments securely via our third-party processors).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly to provide our construction estimation and quantity takeoff services. Specifically, to: (a) generate accurate bids and material lists, (b) communicate project clarifications and updates, (c) issue invoices and process payments, and (d) improve our internal estimation software workflows.
3. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality (NDA)
We recognize the highly sensitive nature of construction plans, proprietary designs, and bid pricing. QuantaXs Estimation operates under strict default confidentiality. We do not share, sell, or distribute your blueprints, pricing structures, or project details to any third parties, competing contractors, or public databases. We are happy to sign custom NDAs upon request.
4. Data Retention & Security
Your project files are stored on secure, encrypted cloud servers accessible only by our lead estimators assigned to your project. We retain project data for a minimum of 1 year to assist you with revisions or addendums. After this period, or upon explicit request, your proprietary files are permanently deleted from our systems.
