1. Scope of Services
QuantaXs Estimation provides professional material quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimates based entirely on the architectural drawings, plans, addendums, and specifications provided by you (the Client). We utilize industry-standard software (such as PlanSwift) to calculate quantities.
2. Client Responsibilities & Accuracy
Our estimates are only as accurate as the documentation provided. The Client is solely responsible for providing complete, legible, and up-to-date plans. QuantaXs Estimation assumes no responsibility for omissions or errors resulting from missing addendums, incomplete architectural details, or assumptions that were not explicitly detailed in the provided scope of work.
3. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for 98-100% precision, our takeoffs are professional opinions of probable construction quantities. The final responsibility for verifying quantities, reviewing the bid, establishing waste factors, and ordering materials rests entirely with the Client. QuantaXs Estimation, its employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including project losses, delayed schedules, or lost profits arising from the use of our reports.
4. Payment Terms & Deliverables
A formal quote will be provided before work begins. Depending on the project scope, an upfront deposit may be required. Final estimation deliverables (Excel spreadsheets, PDF markups, software source files) are released only upon receipt of full payment. Unpaid invoices past 30 days are subject to late fees.
5. Agreement Modification
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
